With numerous professional accolades and a PhD in Human Behavior from Dartmouth, Shrimp was a quick recruit to the executive leadership team at Rebel + Fox. Aptly named after a crustacean, he ‘thinks outside the shell’ and never takes ‘no’ for an answer
(trust us on this).

When he’s not busy inspiring us, he can be found on nocturnal safaris, making world-class biscuits, and recharging in sunny locales. His professional motto: “Will work for Tuna".

Daniel has been creating award-winning multimedia content for over 15 years. His work as a producer, director, cinematographer, & photographer has illuminated hundreds of brands.

Aside from bringing an incredible eye, he’s also got the best stories. A true traveler, his passport is easily the most decorated you’ve ever seen. And he’s brought his worldly perspective into creating empathy-forward work that promotes change and brings people together.

When he’s not taking in life behind the lens, you can find him globe-trotting while working on his current documentary based around the healing properties of plant-based medicine (yea, we’re impressed, too).

Sam's been tinkering with coding and design since the days we were all friends with Tom from MySpace (we miss you, Tom). When she wasn’t creating her own bedazzled stickers, she stumbled into the art and science of coding, and geeks out regularly over things none of us understand.

She takes incredible pride in her work, and takes it personally. So, you always know you’re getting the highest standard every time. A true web savant, she’s our trusted go-to for all things code.

When she’s not glued to her Mac, she’s driving a golf cart dangerously fast at a Michigan golf course, Miller Lite in hand, and on a mission to scare the normies.

A kick@ss leader, Marc is our North star when bridging the gap between shockingly great creative and the latest in tech — leaving you with a website, video or digital experience that talks the talk and walks the walk.

As a superfan of design thinking and master of kanban boards, Marc leads our technical projects forward across the finish line with style and ease. Where’d he cut his teeth, you might ask? His mastery was honed over the years working as a digital product leader in fintech, automotive retail and hospitality.

A few more fun facts about our CTO: He’s a bonafide animal whisperer, “pro” skier, and has not only flown a plane, but landed it successfully (thank goodness, because we need him).

Ryan is our Swiss Army knife of content, a multi-hyphenate creative providing his years of experience to clients as diverse as his skillset. He’s helped develop the look, sound, and feel for organizations across the spectrum, from big business pros to (clap clap) NGOs. If variety is the spice of life, he likes it HOT!

A natural dabbler, Ryan took his love of trying new things and made it his life’s work. He believes collaboration is the recipe for innovation and loves to sprinkle in a dash of humor and a splash of fun in everything he does. He also really likes a cooking metaphor.

When he’s not producing posts or in post-production, Ryan can be found performing comedy around Chicago, having dance parties with his son, and doing his crossword in pen (like a monster).

With close to a decade of west coast, big agency experience, Judd has emerged as a true man of his craft. A lifelong illustrator and part-lifetime art director, he brings an incredible range of design expertise to every project.

He's got a knack for the crazy — our brainstorms are basically like a live sitcom (*cue laugh track*). And his creativity has touched collaborations far and wide that include A-list celebrities, social justice/equity campaigns, and big dog brands like “Big Dog Brands”*

And because he’s so d*mn good, you can see his artwork featured on Netflix shows like Beavis and Butthead and Snoop Dogg.

When he's not pen tool lassoing, you can catch him in his hometown of Portland, Oregon — likely lifting heavy weights, dungeon diving, sippin’ matchas, and/or trail hiking. Probably all at the same time.

Jes (yes with one ‘s’) brings over a decade of experience writing for brands both big and small for everything from big broadcast to lower funnel.

Once a little kid who exhausted her teachers with epic novels instead of papers, she’s turned her obsession for storytelling into a career. In her work, she’s known for impeccable sense of humor, and whip-smart strategies. A true teammate, she always brings the right questions to launch every project the extra mile, and she’ll make you laugh while doing it.

When she’s not clicking and clacking at the keyboard, you can find her behind a barbell or mixing drinks at her homemade bar. From a health perspective, they are very conflicting hobbies.

Jason is an award-winning creative director with over 20 years of experience in advertising. From television to digital to shopper marketing, he’s done it all, and with a lot of brands that you’ve heard of (seriously, like a whole bunch).

He knows how to hustle, how to find the human voice and heart behind any brand that you throw at him. With Jason, you’ll laugh, you’ll cry (the good kind), and you’ll find a ride or die creative partner that understands your mission and levels your brand up.

When he’s not creating killer decks and spicy ad campaigns, he can be found running circles around the Chicago improv scene as the Chief Creative Officer of Malarkey Comedy.

A Chicago native and newly minted Grand Rapidian, Charity has spent more than 15 years in the experiential event production world. And she’s set the stage for some incredible clients along the way — Broadway (NYC) and the Joffrey Ballet Company (CHI) just to name a few.

She’s a human’s human, and an instant best friend who is deeply passionate about the ethos of human connection — or simply said, how people connect and engage in our communities, workspaces, and with brands. Helping businesses find their audience and live up to their story is the peanut butter to her jelly.

With a sharp eye for design, a mind for creative strategy, and a heart for authentic leadership, Charity boldly leads the way for Rebel + Fox.
